Starting the week with a win

Puget Sound beat Pacific Lutheran, 4-2, on Monday, April 24, on Logger Field. The game was a continuation from the contest at Cheney Stadium on April 4, which was suspended in the middle of the fifth inning. Matt Shelhamer's two-run home run in the eighth inning broke a 2-2 tie. Eric Crispell locked down the save and Merle Rowan-Kennedy earned the win.

Conference hardware

Three Loggers earned All-Northwest Conference honors, the league announced earlier this week. Freshman catcher Ricardo Barraza was tabbed to the All-NWC Second Team, while senior relief pitcher Eric Crispell and junior starting pitcher Merle Rowan-Kennedy were both named All-NWC Honorable Mention.
