Ticket Information: Ticket prices for Saturday's NWC tournament final at the Whitworth Fieldhouse are $10 for adults and $5 for children and senior adults. Students from participating schools get in for free with valid student I.D. All tickets are general admission and will only be available at the door. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m.

Back In The Finals: The Loggers are back in the finals for the first time in three years after a convincing 79-62 win over Whitman on Thursday. Overall, the Loggers have made three trips to the NWC Final, facing Whitworth in each of those trips.  The Loggers won the first matchup in 2006 to earn the NWC's automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament but fell to the Pirates in Spokane in 2008 and in Tacoma in 2009.

Season Series: Whitworth was the only NWC team to sweep the conference series from the Loggers this year. The Pirates erased a halftime deficit to win 80-67 in Tacoma on Jan.7 and cruised to 78-59 win in Spokane on Feb. 3. The Loggers have won five of their last six since that 19-point loss in Spokane.

A Memorable Season For Lunt:  Lunt guided the Loggers to memorable year in 2011-12. Their 10-0 start to the year was on of the best starts in school history and the best in over 40 years for the Loggers. Their win over Whitman in the semifinals gave his second 20-win season in his six-year career and is his second-best record since taking over the program in 2006. With the Loggers 19th win in the season finale against Linfield, Lunt also won his 100th game as a head coach. Lunt averages over 16 wins per year during his six seasons.

Loggers On The All-NWC: Senior Kaleb Shelton-Johnson earned his second career All-NWC honors this past week but was selected to the First Team for the first time. Anthony Gittens also earned Second Team honors and freshman Derek Jobe also grabbed Second Team honors. Jobe was one of two freshman to grab All-NWC honors.

Loggers On The Boards: The Loggers have been dominating the glass this year and currently rank sixth in the nation in rebound margin. The Loggers average 8.9 rebounds per game more than their opponents. Their 40 rebounds per game leads the NWC, led by 8.3 rpg from Anthony Gittens. Gittens also leads the NWC with 3.2 offensive rebounds per game.

NWC Tournament History: The Loggers and Missionaries have never met in the NWC Tournament as the Missionaries made their first appearance in the tournament last year, winning their semifinal game before falling in the final. The Loggers have won their semifinal game in each of their last two appearances in 2008 and 2009.
