TACOMA, Washington – Puget Sound softball senior Jessica Gott was named to the Academic All-District Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) for the second consecutive year.
Gott holds a 3.99 GPA while majoring in psychology with a minor in business. During Puget Sound's All-Sports Celebration in April, Gott, along with women's rower Lily O'Connor, was recognized for having the top GPA among graduating female student-athletes.
Gott was also named to the All-Northwest Conference Second Team following the 2018 season, marking her second consecutive All-NWC nod. She led the 2018 Loggers in hitting with a .330 batting average, and her .425 on-base percentage was also a team-high. In the circle, Gott led the Loggers with 112.1 innings pitched.
