Myhre introduces 18 new swimmers to Puget Sound

TACOMA, Washington - Puget Sound men's and women's swimming head coach Chris Myhre is excited to announce 18 new student-athletes to the program. Puget Sound welcomes seven men's swimmers and 11 women's swimmer's to this year's recruiting class. 

"​As we welcome this new class of Logger swimmers, there is an increased sense of anticipation," said Myhre. "This new group bring qualities that will blend with the existing culture and provide yet another season of successful Logging here at Puget Sound."

MEN'S SWIMMERS

Eli Champagne / Olympia, Wash. / Olympia

Coach Myhre: "Eli will make an immediate impact in the Northwest Conference fly events."

 

Matthew Cole  / Seabeck, Wash. / Klahowya

Coach Myhre: "Matthew will spring towards the top of the Northwest Conference in 2018-19."

Coach Myhre: "Titus shows tremendous promise in the sprint events."

Coach Myhre: "We welcome Mackenzie from across the country, and she will swim butterfly for us here in the Pacific Northwest."
