TACOMA, Washington – Kelli Callahan in the Northwest Conference Women's Swimming Student-Athlete of the Week for the second time this year, and there's still plenty of season left. Callahan earned the honor four times last year as a sophomore.
Callahan won three individual events to lead the Loggers to a 127-62 win at Pacific (Nov. 16). Callahan won the 200-backstrone (2:13.16), 200-freestyle (1:59.30), and the 200-butterfly (2:15.06).
Callahan was previously named the NWC Student-Athlete of the Week following Puget Sound's wins against Lewis & Clark and Linfield.
Puget Sound's meet is the Logger Invitational, Nov. 30 – Dec. 1, in Wallace Pool.
