More than 400 student-athletes to compete in 31st Shotwell Invite

TACOMA, Washington – The 31st Shotwell Invitational is set for Saturday, April 1, as the Puget Sound track & field program hosts 430 student-athletes from 13 schools and clubs, starting at 10 a.m.

The field

The Loggers welcome teams from Alaska Fairbanks, Central Washington, Club Northwest, Everett Community College, Green River Community College, Olympic College, Pacific Lutheran, Saint Matin's, Seattle Pacific, Spokane Community College, Tacoma Running Club, Western Washington, and Whitworth. There are also several unattached competitors.

 

Decathlon duo

Graham Cobb and Matthew Wells competed in the Pacific Decathlon, March 27-28. Wells finished with the third-best score, totaling 5,826 points. Cobb placed seventh overall with 4,950 points. Click HERE for results.
