Track & field makes short trip to Parkland for PLU Open

TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound track & field teams remain local when they compete in the Pacific Lutheran Open in Parkland, Washington, Saturday, March 10, starting at 9:30 a.m.


Opening outdoor success

Puget Sound began the outdoor season by hosting the second Ed Boitano Invitational, March 3, where the Logger men finished third as a time. Puget Sound won three track events and two field events. Isaac Fournier won the 800-m, Matt Wells won the 110-m hurdles, Liam Monaghan won the 3,000-m steeplechase, Peter Ciari won the shot put, and Brandin Porter won the discus.



Nine Loggers were named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-West Region team following the indoor season, the USTFCCCA announced this week. Click HERE to read more.
