Back at home

Puget Sound has played nine consecutive games away from Memorial Fieldhouse. The Loggers' last weekend at home was Dec. 1-2, when Puget Sound beat Whitworth, but lost to Whitman.

In need of a win

The Loggers enter Tuesday's contest with four consecutive losses, all against NWC opponents.

Three cheers for Daugherty

Cassidy Daugherty tied Puget Sound's record for 3-pointers in a game at Pacific (Jan. 12). Her eight 3-pointers tied Annie Pettigrew's program record set during the 1989-90 season against Whitman. Daugherty's 13 attempts from distance also tied a Logger record, initially achieved by Kilton Keaton vs. George Fox during the 2005-06 season.

Taking what's free

Daugherty wasn't the only Logger to break into the Puget Sound record books Friday night. Jamie Lange shot 10-for-10 from the free-throw line, becoming the fourth Logger in program history to shoot 100 percent from the line in a game with a minimum of 10 attempts. Kelsey McKinninis, Claire Ely, and Alexis Noren (2x) are the other Loggers to achieve the feat.

Double-double machine

Jamie Lange has nine double-doubles this season. Her most recent double-double was a 16-point, 19-rebound effort at Pacific (Jan. 12). She leads the NWC in rebounding (12.4) and ranks second in scoring (16.9).

Crash the glass

Despite the Loggers' recent woes, they remain committed to the rebound battle. Puget Sound continues to lead the NWC in rebounds per game (44.3). During recent conference games, Puget Sound outrebounded Willamette, 46-28, and outrebounded Pacific, 43-32.

Scouting Pacific Lutheran (4-11, 0-6 NWC)

The Lutes enter Memorial Fieldhouse with five consecutive losses, four of which are against conference opponents. Pacific Lutheran ranks last in the NWC for points per game (55.0), field-goal percentage (35.6 percent), and 3-point percentage (22.5 percent). Madison Salisbury is the only Lute averaging double-digits in scoring (12.5). She also leads the team in rebounding with 6.9 rebounds per game.
