TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound women's tennis team hosts Pacific (April 9) and Willamette (April 10) this weekend, while the Logger men compete on the road against each of those NWC foes.

Last weekend both Puget Sound teams Pacific Lutheran (April 2), but lost to Whitman (April 3). The Logger men won their second consecutive match when they outlasted the Lutes, 5-4. After sweeping the Lutes in doubles play, Bayden Sawyer and
Matthew Merzbach beat their PLU counterparts in singles competition.

With the win over PLU, the Loggers matched their best win total from a year ago. They have three more matches to best that mark.

For the Logger women, last weekend was their second win of the season against PLU. They began the 2022 campaign with a 7-2 win over the Lutes (Feb. 11), and improved that result with a 9-0 victory over PLU at home last weekend.
