Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 TACOMA, Washington – Paige Shinall won twice, and David Lybeck won his singles match, but the Puget Sound men's and women's tennis teams both lost to East Texas Baptist in the Tennis Pavilion Friday. The Logger women lost by a 7-2 final, and the men were downed, 8-1.

Shinall and Marissa Perez won their third consecutive No. 1 doubles match, beating their Tigers counterpart by a score of 8-6. Shinall went on to win at No. 1 singles in three sets (6-2, 3-6, 6-0).
 
Lybeck earned the only victory for the Logger men at No. 6 singles. He cruised to a two-set victory (6-1, 6-0).
 
The Logger men host Willamette and Pacific Saturday and Sunday, while the Logger women are on the road at those two schools this weekend.
