Logger men take doubles matches from nationally-ranked Boxers

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound men's tennis team won a couple of doubles matches against nationally-ranked Pacific, but the Loggers ultimately fell to the Boxers, 7-2, in the Tennis Pavilion Sunday. The Logger women also lost to Pacific, 7-2, on the road.
 
Noah Henderson and Trent Beckman pulled out a 8-7 (7-5) win at No. 2 doubles, while Will Church and Brayden Sawyer battled to a an 8-5 win at No. 3 doubles against the No. 37 Boxers.
 
In women's competition, Hyla Chatham and Annie Van den Berg won at No. 2 doubles by an 8-3 margin. Chatham picked up another win at No. 3 singles, which she won in two sets (6-3, 6-1).
 
The Logger teams are off from competing until April 1, when they take on George Fox.
