11 Loggers earn first team All-Conference swimming

TACOMA, Wash. – Seven men and four women from the swimming team earn first-team All-Conference honors for the 2023-24 season across 23 categories the Loggers captured first team members across 17 courses. Seven women earned second-team all-conference. 

First-Team All-Northwest Conference men's Logger members honored: 
    Freshman Cam Aaselund for the 200-yard medley relay and 400-freestyle relay
    Freshman Emory Burden in the 50-free and 100-free, as well as the 200-medley relay and 400-freestyle relay
    Freshman Will Cabana in the 200-individual medley, 100-backstroke, 200-back, 200-medley relay, 400-freestyle relay
    Junior Josh Cunningham for the 100-back and 200-back    
    Senior Elijah Grinstead in the 100-breaststroke and 200-breaststroke
    Junior Lance Mielke, 100-breaststroke, 200-breaststroke, 200-medley relay
    Senior Ethan Schwartz in the 500-free, 100-back, 200-back, 400-freestyle relay


First-Team All-Northwest Conference women's Logger members honored: 
    Sophomore Maddy Brennan in the 200-IM, 100-butterfly, 200-fly, and 200-freestyle relay
    Senior Elinor Glass in the 50-free, 100-breaststroke, and 200-freestyle relay
    Junior Sara Guillen for the 500-free, 200-free, and 200-freestyle relay
    Sophomore Amy Madsen for the 100-free and 200-freestyle relay

Second-Team All-Northwest Conference women's Logger members honored: 
    Sophomore Maddy Brennan in the 200-medley relay, 800-freestyle relay and 400-medley relay
    Junior Lara Franco in the 400-IM
    Senior Elinor Glass for the 200-breaststroke, 200-medley relay, 400-medley relay, and 400-freestyle relay
    Junior Sara Guillen for the 1650-free, 800-freestyle relay, 400-medley relay, and 400-freestyle relay
    Sophomore Amy Madsen in the 200-medley relay, 400-medley relay, and 400-freestyle relay
    Graduate Student Annie Sullivan in the 200-free, 800-freestyle relay, and 400-freestyle relay
    Sophomore Holly Zipay in the 200-medley relay and 800-freestyle relay
