How it Happened
Kyrstin Wilson got the Loggers started, continuing her strong performance in the Women's 200m dash. She placed first in her heat and third overall, crossing the finish line in a blazing time of 25.95. Three more Loggers also competed in the Women's 200m, with Quinn Reublin-Geer, Dylan Moore, and Gwen Bundy all crossing the finish line one after another. They finished in 25th, 26th, and 27th places respectively.

Jack Joyce ran well in the Men's 200m, placing first overall for the Loggers. The freshman crossed the finish line in 22.98, setting a great time in his debut for Puget Sound. Lizzie Beiswanger was next up in the Women's 600m, setting a top-25 time in DIII with a 1:38.59. Despite a photo finish, Beiswanger placed third overall.

Three more Loggers competed in the Men's 600m, as Mercer Stauch led the way with a time of 1:24.22, which was good enough for second place. Zach Slominski also placed in the top five, running a 1:27.37 to edge out several DI competitors. Rowan Hintz wrapped up the Logger runners in the 600m with a time of 1:33.79, placing 21st.
