NEWBERG, Oregon – Mason Quinlan reached base in all five of his plate appearances, but the Puget Sound baseball team lost its three-game series finale at George Fox, 10-6, Sunday afternoon.

Quinlan went 2-for-2 with a pair of doubles for the Loggers (2-11, 1-5 NWC). One of those doubles came with the bases loaded and two outs in the ninth inning. Quinlan's other two-base hit started off the top of the eighth inning, but he was left stranded on base.

Following walks to Kyle Strash and Mason Quinlan, Ricardo Barraza tallied an RBI with a groundout, and Corey Roberts smacked an RBI single to score Quinlan.

In addition to Quinlan, Gries, Rooney, and Makoa Mau collected two hits, each. Puget Sound starting pitcher Michael Warnick struck out seven batters in 4.2 innings.
