2021: [All-NWC Team 2021] Finished 3rd in the Men's 8k race at Chambers Creek Open with a time of 25:25.1 (Oct. 2) ... Finished the Men's 8k at the PLU invitational with a time of 25:45.30 for a 5th place finish (Sept. 18)

2019: NWC Champion... NWC Runner of the Year... Monaghan placed first in the 8k with a finishing time of 25:32.91 during the Puget Sound Invitational at Fort Steilacoom Park (Sept. 1) ... During the Viking Rust Buster at Portland State, Monaghan placed fourth out of 57 runners in the 6k race timing in at 18:28.2 (Sept. 7) ... Monaghan placed 1st in the PLU Invitational 8k, crossing the finish line in 25:20.40 (Sept. 21) ... During the Charles Bowles Invitational hosted by Willamette Monaghan was the first to cross the finish line in 24:37.5 (Oct. 5) ... In the Lewis & Clark Invitational at Mclver Park Monaghan beat 118 runners and took 1st place crossing the 8k finish line in 24:45.9 (Oct. 19) ... 

2018: Monaghan took first in the Puget Sound invitational with a finished time at 25:55 in the men's 8k (Sept. 1) ... Monaghan took second place in the men's 8k of the Pacific Lutheran Invitational with a time at 25:07.07 (Sept. 15) ... In the Charles Bowles Invitational Monaghan placed fifth out of 176 runners with a time of 24:33.8 (Sept. 29) ... In the Lewis & Clark invitational Monaghan placed fourth out of 135 runners with a time of 24:23.1 (Oct. 13) ... During the NCW Championships at Mclver State Park, Monaghan earned the title of NW Men's Cross Country Champion with a time of 25:39.1 (Oct. 27) ... Monaghan placed sixth overall in the 8k witth a time of 25:10., earning himself All-West Region honors in the NCAA D-III Regional Chamionships hosted by Whitman (Nov. 10) ...
