Men's tennis downed by Pacific Lutheran

TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound men's tennis team began its Northwest Conference season by losing at home against Pacific Lutheran, 8-1, Friday evening.


Riley Inn picked up the Loggers' lone win at No. 2 singles, 4-6, 6-3, 1-0 (11-9). Inn and Joe McRoberts kept pace with the Lutes early in No. 1 doubles competition. The rivals were tied, 3-3, but Pacific Lutheran came away with an 8-3 win. 

Puget Sound remains at home to host Willamette, Sunday, Feb. 25, at 12 p.m.
