Reimers earns conference title in first day of NWC Championships

FEDERAL WAY, Washington – The Puget Sound women's swim team is in fourth place and the men are in seventh after the first of three days in the Northwest Conference Championships.

Results

Dylan Reimers is the NWC men's 500-yard freestyle champion, timing in at 4.34.72. Kelli Callahan placed second in the women's 200 individual medley (2:09.88).

The Logger women totaled 120 points in the first day, and the men have 78.5 points. Whitman leads both the women's (189 points) competition and the men's (162 points). championships.

The NWC Championships continue on Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center.
