Puget Sound topples Pacific in NWC dual

FOREST GROVE, Oregon – The Puget Sound swim teams completed a perfect weekend by beating Pacific in Northwest Conference duals Saturday. The Logger men won, 131-66, and the Logger women beat the Boxers, 143-59.


Dylan Reimers continued a dominant weekend by winning the 400-yard individual medley (4:19.75) and the 500-freestyle (4:48.74). He teamed up with Kade Wagers, Cody Dodge, and Travis Bender to win the 200-freestyle relay (1:35.01).

Nick Mitchell won the 1,650-freestyle (17:39.18), and an Conery won the 100-breaststroke (1:00.77). 

On the women's side, Kelli Callahan won the 400-IM (4:41.42), 500-freestyle (5:26.09), and teamed up with Kassidy Cook, Kayla DiMicco, and Calista Skog to win the 200-medley relay (1:53.61).

Cook won the 100-butterfly (1:04.65), and Skog won the 100-freestyle (55.29).

Puget Sound returns to Wallace Pool to host a dual with Linfield on Friday, Nov. 10, at 6 p.m.
