2019-20: During the first home meet in Wallace Pool Skog set a personal-best during the freestyle relays, finishing with a time of 3:05.21 in the 300-butterfly (Oct. 12) ... Skogplaced first in the 500-freestyle relay with a time of 4:48.15 and placed first in the 300-medley relay with a time of 3:07.87 during the NCW Relays held in Spokane (Oct. 26) ... Skog placed first in both the 200-freestyle (2:02.87) and the 100-freestyle (55.00), while also placing first in the 400-medley relay (4:07.47) during the NW Conference meet at Lewis & Clark (Nov. 2) ... Skog won the 200-medley relay (1:51.51), the 100-backstroke (1:11.02), and the 100-freestyle (53.89) during the Northwest Conference against Pacific (Nov. 16) ... Skog won the 50-freestyle (24.56), the 100-freestyle (53.37), and finished second in the 200-freestyle relay (1:41.90) during the meet against NCAA D-1 Seattle University (Nov. 23) ... During theLogger invitational in Wallace Pool Skog placed second in the 50-butterfly (26.45), and second in the 100-freestyle (53.37), and first in the 100-IM (59.74), first in the 100-butterfly (57.43), and first in the 50-freestyle (24.17) (Dec. 8) ... During the events against Whitman in Wallace Pool Skog won the 400-medley relay with a time of 4:06.16, and placed first in the 100-freestyle with a time of 54.77 and placed second in the 50-freestyle toching the wall at 25.05 (Jan. 18) ... Skog placed first in the 100-freestyle (54.87) and the 200-freestyle (2:02.07) during the meet at George Fox (Jan. 25) ... During the Senior Day meet in Wallace Pool Skog won second place in the 200-medley relay (Feb. 1) ... During the four days of the Northwest Conference Championships Skog earned All NWC First Team in the 50-freestyle and the 100-freestyle, as well as All NWC Second Team in the 200-medley relay, 400-medley relay and the 400-freestyle relay (Feb. 16) ... 

2018-19: Skog started the season off coming in second place in the 200 medley relay team with a time of 1:53.76 during the meet at the College of Idaho (Oct. 20)  ... During the NWC Sprint Meet Skog placed fourth overall in the pentathlon, with a time of 25.53 for the 50-yard freestyle earrning her a spot at third place (Oct. 27) ... Skog won the 200-freestyle with a time of 1:59.63 and the 100-freestyle wit a time of 54.32, as well as the 200-freestyle relay with a time of 1:42.10 during the first home meet against Lewis & Clark (Nov. 2) ... Skog won the 50-freestyle with a time of 24.73 and the 100-freestyle with a time of 54.31, as well as the 400 medley relay timing in at 4:06.55, during the meet against Linfield (Nov. 3) ... In the NW Conference meet, Skog placed first in the 200-IM with a time of 2:17.88 (Nov. 16) ... After a three day event in the Wallace Pool, Skog earned first place in the 50-freestyle (24.47), and third place in the 100-freestyle (53.11) (Dec. 2) ...  During the NWC swimming championships Skog earned first team in the 100-freestyle, and the 100-freestyle, 400-freestyle relay, in addition to earning second team for the 50-freestyle (Feb. 10) ... 

2017-18: Skog came away with a time of 2:59.30. in the men's pentathlon finishing third overall, and placed third in the 50-butterfly (28.28) and third in the 100-IM (1:03.88) during the Northwest Conference Sprint Meet in Wallace Pool (Oct. 27) ... During the meet at Lewis and Clark, Skog along with her 400-yard medley relay team members took first place with a time of 4:06.76. Skog also placed first in the 200-butterfly with recoreded time of 2;15.19. (Nov. 4) ... During the home dual against Linfield Skog won 100-freestyle (54.63), and the 200-medley relay with teamates Cook, Callahan and Haven (1:51.48) (Nov. 10) ... In the home meet where the Loggers hosted Willamette, Skog won the 200-IM (2:17.670 and the 200-butterfly (2:16.00), and first place in the 400-medley relay with teamates Cook, Callahan and Haven (4:08.85) (Nov. 11) ... Skog and three teamates placed first in the 450-freestyle relay, timing in at 4:09.13. Skog also placed first in the 150-butterfly with a time at 1:39.17 (Jan. 9) ... 

2016-17: The Logger 400-yard freestyle relay team of Calista SkogMegan SandersKai Haven, and Kayla DiMicco placed first (3:48.48) (Nov. 11)

2016:  Skog who participates in the Puget Sound women's 400-yard freestyle relay team won the event in 3:51.76., and Skog won the 50-yard freestyle (25.47) (Nov. 5) ... Skog was the top finisher in the 200 individual medley (2:18.48) (Nov. 4) ... Skog placed seventh overall at the Northwest Conference Sprint Invitational with a time of 3:00.44. She finished the 100 individual medley in 1:01.37, the 50 butterfly in 28.12, the 50 backstroke in 31.00, the 50 breaststroke in 33.95, and the 50 freestyle in 26.00. (Oct. 28)
