TACOMA, Washington – For the third consecutive week, Jamie Lange is the Northwest Conference Women's basketball Student-Athlete of the Week.
Lange notched her 10th and 11th double-doubles of the season as the Loggers beat both Lewis & Clark (Feb. 8) and Willamette (Feb. 9) on the road. Lange needed just 16 minutes on the floor to score 16 points and total 11 rebounds during the Loggers' 83-56 win over the Pioneers.
The following day, Lange scored a career-high 33 points, and added 20 rebounds, during Puget Sound's 79-73 overtime win over the Bearcats.
Lange is currently the NWC's leading rebounder (11.5). She also ranks third in both scoring (17.8) and field-goal percentage (51.0 percent).
Senior Weekend for the Loggers begins Friday, Feb. 15, when Puget Sound hosts No. 25 Whitman at 6 p.m.
