Monaghan and Bradlina lead Loggers in Salem

SALEM, Oregon - Both the Puget Sound men's and women's cross country teams placed 13th in the Charles Bowles Invitational hosted by Willamette Saturday morning. There were 22 women's teams, and 19 men's teams. 


Colin Monaghan continued his superb rookie season by placing fifth out of 176 men's runners. Monaghan timed in at 24:33.8. Jack Lindauer placed 46th with a time of 25:58.1. 

Emery Bradlina was the top runner for the Logger women, placing 32nd out of 197 runners. Her time was 18:14.9. Samantha Schaffer was 69th overall with a time of 18:59.7. 

Puget Sound next competes in the Lewis & Clark Invitational, Oct. 13.
