University of Puget Sound

Meredith Frost (MS, LAT, ATC) has served as an Athletic Trainer at the University of Puget Sound since 2012, stepping into a full-time role in 2020. 

A proud Logger alum, she previously earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Puget Sound, where she also worked as an athletic training aide. 

She completed her Master of Science in Athletic Training at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, serving as a graduate assistant during her time there. Before Puget Sound, she gained extensive experience working with MVP Physcial Therapy, Olympic Physcial Therapy and Tacoma Strength and Conditioning. 

In her spare time, Meredith participates on a weightlifting team and enjoys kayaking and hiking with her husband, Peter, and their dog, Nora.
