With only eight seconds left in the match the Loggers were up by two points, but Bearcat Jada Leonard sunk a lay-up with two seconds remaining to send the match into overtime.
Lange recorded the first four points in overtime with a made layup and two free throws, leveraging the Loggers to 62-58 lead.
With 15 seconds remaining the Bearcats sealed their win with a layup by Britanny Kochenderfer.
The Loggers recorded 18 more rebounds than Willamette at 46, and held the Bearcats to a 40.3% field goal percentage
