With 11 minutes remaining in the first half the Loggers grasped, and maintained their lead throughout the rest of the match after a 3-point jump shot by Walker Shibley-Styer.
The Loggers continued to extend their lead and entered halftime with a 61-35 advantage over the Bearcats.
Puget Sound held onto their lead and extended it to 29 points with 12 minutes remaining after Gabriel Chaikin hit a 3-pointer.
Stellan Roberts put the Loggers into triple digit points after sinking a jump shot with two minutes remaining.
The Loggers were 50 percent from behind the arc, drilling 11 3-pointers. Roberts led their attack with 22 points. Defensively, Puget Sound forced Willamette into 25 turnovers.
Puget Sound looks to extend their three-game win streak on Friday, Jan. 12, at Pacific at 8 p.m.
