Winning streak snapped by George Fox

NEWBERG, Oregon – The Puget Sound volleyball team had its six-match winning streak snapped at George Fox, 3-0 (25-18, 25-23, 25-19), Saturday evening.

The Loggers (11-7, 8-2 NWC)  finished with a season-worst .033 hitting percentage, while George Fox (8-10, 2-8 NWC) finished the match hitting .188. Puget Sound's two total blocks is the second-lowest total in a single match this season.

Melanie Siacotos and Sadie Alloway both finished with six kills, and Sarah Blumenfeld added 13 assists.

Three Loggers posted double-digit digs: Sydney Voss (16), Blumenfeld (13), and Alli Reviglio (11).

Puget Sound aims to bounce back at home against No. 14 Pacific Lutheran, Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m.
