PORTLAND, Oregon – Cal Hansen came away with his second double-double of the season, but the Puget Sound men's basketball team lost at Lewis & Clark, 89-73, Saturday night.

Hansen totaled 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Loggers (7-8, 1-5 NWC). Stellan Roberts led the team in scoring with 22 points, and Jourdan Joseph netted 19 points off the bench.

Lewis & Clark (6-9, 2-4 NWC) scored the game's first basket and held a lead the rest of the way. The Pioneers went on a 12-2 run midway through the first half, securing a double-digit lead.

Puget Sound shot just 5-for-22 from 3-point range, and the Loggers came up short in the battle on the boards, 29-24.

Puget Sound continues its road stretch at George Fox Friday, Jan. 24, for an 8 p.m. tipoff.
