Box Score TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound men's basketball team made a season-high 17 3-pointers as the Loggers beat Willamette, 94-66, in Memorial Fieldhouse Friday night.
Eight different Loggers (11-13, 5-10 NWC) hit a 3-pointer against the Bearcats (1-23, 0-15 NWC).
Senior Walker Shibley-Styer was in the starting lineup Friday night - his first game of the season. After returning from injury he shot 3-for-5 from beyond the arc and finished the game with 10 points.
Cal Hansen finished a rebound shy of a double-double as he totaled 15 points and nine rebounds in the win. John Misel also added 15 points off the bench, and he shot 5-for-8 from distance.
The Loggers celebrate their five seniors Saturday, Feb. 22, before a 6 p.m. tipoff against George Fox in Memorial Fieldhouse.
