What will give
Reflective of its 4-5-2 overall record, Puget Sound and its opposition are very close in several statistics. Puget Sound has scored 16 goals and allowed 16 goals. The Loggers have attempted 140 shots compared to allowing 124 shots, and Logger keepers have made 46 saves to the opposition's 49 saves.
Linfield (1-9-1, 0-6-1 NWC)
The Loggers and Wildcats clashed in Oregon on Oct. 3, with the end result being a 2-2 tie. The Wildcats allow a little more than three goals per game, and they score less than one - on average. Seamus Miller is the team's leading scorer with three goals. Linfield is winless in eight consecutive games, and it has yet to win on the road.
Willamette (7-3, 5-2 NWC)
The Bearcats enter the weekend in second place in the NWC. They host PLU the day before welcoming Puget Sound. Willamette beat the Loggers earlier this season, 2-0 (Oct. 2). Four Bearcats are tied for the team lead in scoring with three goals, each. Max Berner-Hays and Sean Kim are tied for the team-high in points with eight. Willamette has won five of its last six games - the Bearcats suffered a 1-0 loss to the Lutes during that stretch.
