PORTLAND, Oregon – The Puget Sound women's soccer team lost at Lewis & Clark, 1-0, in double overtime Sunday.
The Pioneers (11-6-3, 9-5-2 NWC) scored the game-winning goal with just one minute remaining in the game.
The Loggers (16-2-2, 12-2-2 NWC) mustered an uncharacteristically low six shots through the first 90 minutes. Puget Sound didn't attempt a shot in the first overtime, but
Kylee Roath put two shots on frame in the second overtime.
The Loggers' postseason fate is up the NCAA selection committee, which will reveal the national tournament teams Monday.
