TACOMA, Washington – The only Puget Sound team competing at home this weekend is the men's soccer team, as the Loggers host George Fox (Oct. 15) and Pacific (Oct. 16) this weekend. Both games kickoff at 2:30 p.m. inn Baker Stadium.

With a 6-3-4 overall record, Puget Sound already has its most ties in a season since 2012, when the Loggers finished with an overall record of 12-3-5.

Ryan Saunders far and away leads the NWC in saves with 62. His .805 save percentage leads the NWC, and his 1.15 GAA ranks third.

Three Loggers are putting more than half of their shot attempts on goal. Nine of
Stuart Methner's 14 shots this season have been on goal, and seven of
Graham Hall's 11 shots have been on target.
Diego Alvaro has attempted 15 shots this season, eight of which were on goal.

Home field advantage
Puget Sound is 4-1-1 at home this season, with all six games having been played at Baker Stadium. The Loggers have had a winning record at home in each fall season since 2010, posting a 71-20-18 (.800) combined home record during those seasons.

Scouting George Fox (2-7-3, 0-4-3 NWC)
The Bruins are still winless in the NWC, although they have tied Whitman, Whitworth, and Pacific. Eugene Peltier leads the team in scoring with three goals, while Robert Rodarte and Kellin Aguiar both have two goals this season. The Bruins lost at home against Puget Sound, 2-0, two weeks ago (Oct. 2).

Scouting Pacific (1-8-3, 0-5-2 NWC)
The Boxers recently won their first game of the season with a 1-0 victory over Lewis & Clark (Oct. 10). Pacific and Puget Sound reached a 1-1 tie just a couple of weeks ago (Sept. 30). Jericho Lara is the only Boxer with multiple goals (2) this season. On average,Pacific is allowing more than two goals per game (2.08).
