Box Score TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound women's soccer team applied more offensive pressure than Pacific Lutheran, but it was the Lutes that came away with a 1-0 win Baker Stadium Wednesday afternoon.
 
The Loggers took twice as many shots as PLU, 6-3. Puget Sound limited the Lutes to just one corner kick, while Loggers earned nine.
 
Still, Pacific Lutheran scored the game's only goal just a few minutes into the second half when the Puget Sound defense failed to clear the ball.
 
The Loggers' final home games of the regular are this weekend against Whitworth (Oct. 29) and Whitman (Oct. 30).
