Box Score TACOMA, Washington – Liam Elliott and Luke Sloan scored to league the Puget Sound men's soccer team to a 2-1 win over George Fox on East Field in the 2022 season finale.

Elliott put the Loggers up 1-0 in the 16
th minute. Shane Ivich lined up for a corner kick from the right side, and his delivery was flicked by the head of Ryan Smith. Elliott came sprinting down the middle of the boxed and punched in the game's first goal.

Puget Sound got its second goal in the 28
th minute when Luke Sloan scored on a penalty kick. Sloan became the 14
th Logger to score a goal this season.

Sophomore goalkeeper Ryan Saunders finished the season with 108 saves, becoming the first Logger since 1996 to eclipse 100 saves in a season (Peter Auffant). Saunders' 2022 saves total is the third-best in Puget Sound history.

The Loggers finished the season with a 9-6-5 overall record – marking the 12
th consecutive fall season that Puget Sound finished over .500.
