Puget Sound falls to George Fox for first time since 1999

TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound women's soccer team lost to George Fox, 3-0, in Baker Stadium Sunday afternoon.
 
The Bruins scored twice in the first half, and added a third goal in the 49th minute. George Fox attempted twice as many shots as Puget Sound, 12-6. The Loggers' didn't put a single attempt on frame.
 
Sunday marks the first time since October 1999 that Puget Sound lost to George Fox.
 
The Loggers will need a short memory as it prepares to take on Pacific Lutheran in Parkland, Washington Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 4 p.m.
