Stranahan scores twice in season-opening loss at George Fox

NEWBERG, Oregon – Abby Stranahan scored twice, but the Puget Sound lacrosse team lost at George Fox, 21-2, in the 2023 season-opener Wednesday night.
 
Both of Stranahan's goals came late in the fourth quarter, and they were unassisted.
 
Stranahan was the Loggers' second-leading scorer last year, totaling 29 goals in 13 games.
 
Puget Sound's next game is at Willamette Sunday, Feb. 26, starting at 1 p.m.
