TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound lacrosse team finally makes its 2023 home debut when the Loggers host Carroll University Tuesday, March 14, at 3 p.m.

Road warriors
The Loggers battled through a tough start to the schedule in which they had five consecutive road games. Puget Sound slated for eight consecutive home games beginning Tuesday (the Loggers' make-up game at Whitman from March 4 is TBD).

Downtown Abby
Abby Stranahan leads the Loggers in scoring with 19 goals. She has multiple goals in each game this season, including a couple of five-goal efforts. Stranahans cored 29 goals in 13 games last year.

Schilli shoots and scores
Freshman
Cat Schilli is up to 11 goals this season, all of which have come in the last four games. She has multi-goal efforts in each of the last four contests, including a season-high four at Willamette (Feb. 26).

Making the most
Emily LaRiviere has a team-high 88.9 shots-on-goal percentage. She has nine goals and two assists this season, and is tied with Schilli for second on the team with 11 points.

Scouting Carroll (4-1)
The Pioneers are an NCAA D-III that compete in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW). Carroll plays at Linfield Monday (March 13) before heading to Tacoma. Clara Jelacic is the team's leading scorer with 21 goals through five games, and Katrina Hardin has 19 goals. Rebecca McDaniel has started all five games in goal, and she holds an 8.28 GAA. The Pioneers have a formidable 73.3 shots-on-goal percentage.
