TACOMA, Washington – Maddie Hider scored her first goal of the season, but the Puget Sound lacrosse team lost to Willamette, 18-4, in Baker Stadium Saturday afternoon.

Hider lined up for a free-position attempt just a few minutes into the fourth quarter, and she beat the goalie up high.

Michaela Chen scored off an assist from
Cat Schilli in the first quarter. Chen received a pass in the middle of the zone, turned around, and fired the ball into the back of the net for her second goal of the season.

Maya Sheklow scored an unassisted goal just a few seconds into the second quarter, and Schilli found the back of the net off as pass from
Bailey Fuhrmann before halftime.
