TACOMA, Washington – Emily LaRiviere matched her season-high in scoring with four goals, but the Puget Sound lacrosse team lost to Whitman, 18-8, in Baker Stadium Sunday afternoon.
 
LaRivere scored of the each of the Loggers' first three goals of the game. She assisted on Puget Sound's fourth goal when Michaela Chen received passing cutting down the middle of the zone, and Chen buried the opportunity in the back of the net.
 
LaRivere is up to 22 goals this season, and Chen scored for the third time in 2023.
 
Cat Schilli scored twice against the Blues, marking her 10^th multi-goal game of the season.
 
Puget Sound returns home to host Linfield Saturday, April 15.
