Loggers Drop Match to Pacific 2-0

FOREST GROVE, Ore. -- Two quick goals by Pacific in the second half hand the Loggers a 2-0 loss.

How it Happened
The Loggers got off to a blazing start, firing four shots in the first 17 minutes as they were on the front foot early. Alonzo Flores-Barajas' shot was saved in the 10th minute, Rhys Foote's shot just missed right in the 12th, and back to back shots by Ethan Lu and Vinny Self couldn't find the back of the net just minutes later.

Pacific made a couple of adjustments and started turning the match in their favor. They outshot the Loggers 5-0 the rest of the half, and eventually found a goal in the 63rd minute. Another goal in the 68th minute put the match just out of the Loggers' grasp, as a final push fell short. The Loggers dropped this one 2-0.

Top Performers
Six different Loggers recorded a shot, with three of them being on frame. Luke Mamiya had a scoreless first half, making a save to round out his clean sheet.
