TACOMA, Wash.  - - The Northwest Conference announced its Baseball Student-Athletes of the Week for February 10-16, with two Loggers earning conference recognition.

Senior pitcher Zach Robman was named Pitcher of the Week after a dominant showing against Redlands on Saturday. Robman earned the save, tossing 3.1 innings of hitless, scoreless relief while striking out seven to close out the game. He played a key role in the Loggers' 12-4 win as Puget Sound completed a four-game sweet to open the season 4-0.

On the offensive side, sophomore Matt Churchill was selected as Player of the Week following a standout performance at the plate. Churchill batted .462 across the four-game series, reaching base nine times while tallying nine RBIs, two home runs, two doubles, and three walks. He currently leads the conference in slugging percentage, OPS, and RBIs, and ranks second in home runs and runs scored.

Puget Sound returns to action this weekend with a three-game road series at Whittier College, starting Friday at 2 p.m.
