TACOMA, Wash. -- The Northwest Conference has released its All-Conference Men's Basketball teams for the 2025-26 season, with three Loggers making the list.
Puget Sound concluded the 2025-26 season with its best conference record since 2008-09, finishing with a 12-4 record to place second in the Northwest Conference standings. They have now won four straight games, including a massive win over No. 23-ranked Whitworth on February 21st.
Three players earned All-NWC honors, with two players making their debuts on the horoaray squad.
First Team:
Zane Miller earns a spot on the All-NWC first team after a stellar season for the Loggers. He finished conference play averaging 13.2 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3.5 assists. As the driving force of the Loggers' offense, Miller shot 41% from the field and 38.4% from three.
Second Team
Hugo Rutherfurd earns his second All-NWC honor in three years, rejoining the list after earning Honorable Mention honors in the 2023-24 season. The former Rookie of the Year put up 13.1 ppg, 5.2 rebounds, and an impressive 30 blocks in his junior campaign. He controlled the paint on both sides of the ball, proving efficient on both offense and defense.
Third Team
Trevon Hamilton gets his first All-NWC nod, averaging 11.9 points, 3.1 assists, and 4.6 rebounds per game for the Loggers. He put up 26 points in the Loggers' win over the Pirates, securing a second-place finish for Puget Sound.
The Loggers are ready to go for the NWC Tournament, taking on Willamette at 5:30 pm on February 27th. The tournament is hosted in Spokane, Wash., by No. 1 seed Whitworth.
