Schilli Earns Northwest Conference Offensive Player of the Week Award

| By:
TACOMA, Wash. -- The Northwest Conference has announced their Women's Lacrosse Athletes of the week for the week of February 24th through March 2nd, with one Logger making the list.

For the first time since 2023, Puget Sound Women's lacrosse has a Northwest Conference Athlete of the Week. After scoring six goals against Eastern Oregon this weekend, Cat Schilli earns a spot as the NWC Offensive Player of the Week. Schilli currently leads the team with 11 goals so far this year, and has averaged just under 4 goals per game to start her senior season.

Schilli is also one of two athletes in the entire conference to have recorded double-digit goals so far this season, and has also been very efficient in her scoring. She's made 84.6% of the shots she has taken, scoring 11 of her 13 total shots this year. Schilli is also second on the team in ground balls (10) and first in draw controls (5).

The Loggers head to the South side of Tacoma to take on Pacific Lutheran this Saturday, March 7th, at 1:00 pm. You can follow along on loggerathletics.com for live coverage and more.
