TACOMA, Wash. - - The Northwest Conference has officially announced its All-Conference Baseball teams for the 2026 season, with the Loggers seeing six players recognized for their efforts.
First Team
Matt Churchill (Catcher): The sophomore earns a first team nod after a strong offensive season. He led the conference in both home-runs (13) and RBIs (45).
Second Team
Zach Robman (Pitcher): The senior moves up to second team after honorable mention last season. Robman sits tied for second in the conference with 6 saves this season and a season-high 7 strikeouts against Redlands.
Third Team
Cooper Allen (First Base): The senior secures his spot as one of the most reliable bats in the conference. Allen finished the regular season among the top five hitters in the conference with a .374 batting average. He was equally sharp with 14 putouts against George Fox.
Kellen Krebs (Second Base): The senior joins the all conference list following a season of clutch performances. He provided a massive spark for the offense, highlighted by a season-high 5 RBI against Linfield.
Charlie Deggeller (Outfield): The junior proved to be a vital asset for the Loggers this season, driving in 4 runs during the Whitman series and collecting 8 putouts in a game against Chapman.
Kahiau Teruya (Utility): The senior had a season-high of 4 runs against Linfield. On the defensive side, he had 15 putouts at Willamette.
The Loggers head to Spokane to open the Northwest Conference tournament with a 12:30 PM first pitch against Whitworth. It could be a long but rewarding day for Puget Sound, with a potential second game looming as they push toward the tournament championship game at 3:30 PM.
