University of Puget Sound

Greg Swanson begins his fifth year as a PugetSound Men's Soccer assistant coach. Swanson joined the staff forthe 2008 season after graduating from the University the previousspring with a bachelor's degree in Business andEconomics. 

A four-year starter at Puget Sound, Swansonco-captained the program's last NWC championship team in 2006. During his career, Swanson recorded 14 goals and 12 assistssplitting his time between left midfield and left back.  Heearned all-NWC honors his sophomore, junior and senior seasons andan all-region selection his senior year.

Prior to coaching at Puget Sound, Swanson spentfour years coaching U-11 boys' teams for Washington Premier F.C. Heresides in Tacoma with his wife, Courtney.
