  • Title
    Strength Coach
Bailee Larson returns to her alma mater for her third year as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Puget Sound in 2026-27.

A local standout from Mount Tahoma High School, Larson brings a deep connection to the university, having graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Puget Sound after playing two seasons as a catcher for the Logger Softball program through the spring of 2016.

She officially joined the Puget Sound athletic staff in September of 2024, bringing experience from both intercollegiate athletics and private training. A certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Nutrition Coach, Larson bridges the gap between the weight room and the field of play to create an uplifting, highly effective training environment. In addition to her role at Puget Sound, Larson is active in the local fitness community as the co-owner and coach of her own personal training business, where she designs comprehensive training programs for individuals, groups and online clients.

While her title is Assistant Coach, Larson operates with complete independence, successfully running her own tailored programs for multiple sports, including:
- Women's Soccer
- Women's Basketball
- Softball
- Lacrosse
- Track & Field
- Cross Country

By focusing heavily on both the physical development and mentorship, Larson has become an instrumental leader and role model for the scholar-athletes she mentors daily.
