The Gunston School: Played three sports for the Herons including lacrosse and field hockey...earned All-Conference honors in lacrosse all four years...also captained team to two conference championships...named team MVP in three different sports and also earned All-State honors in field hockey...earned high academic honors all four years as well, including the Environmental Stewardship Award, Student-Athlete Award, English Award, and Spanish Award...earned Maryland State scholarship...finally, was class Valedictorian.
Personal: Parents are Carita and Michael...has a sibling named Eleanora...chose Puget Sound because it is in an urban location but still close to amazing outdoor opportunities and because she loves the people on campus...enjoys hiking, yoga, sailing, running, ceramics, and writing poetry and short stories.
