WALLA WALLA, Wash. – The Puget Sound men's soccer team its first loss since Sep. 3 in a 3-0 loss to Whitman. The Missionaries three goals was the most allowed by a stingy Logger defense this year and only the second time the Loggers have allowed multiple goals this year.

Chris McDonald made three saves in the contest; however, the Missionaries snuck in two goals in the first and added another in the second to hand the Loggers their first conference loss.

The Loggers fired ten shots in the match, led by Kyle Benson's three shots. Benson put two of those shots on goal. Andrew White, Carson Swope and Vince McCluskey also fired two shots a piece, but Tim Shu made four saves to keep the Loggers off the scoreboard.

The Loggers return home for a pair of matches next weekend, starting with No. 16 Pacific on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. on East Field.
