Emily O'Neil scored her first collegiate goal as the No. 19 Puget Sound women's soccer team beat Whitworth, 2-0, Sunday afternoon. With the victory, the Loggers improve to 13-0-1 overall, and 9-0-1 in the Northwest Conference.

O'Neil, a freshman, scored in the 63
rd minute to give Puget Sound a 2-0 lead.
Kiana Serrao flicked a header from the top of the box, which went to O'Neil's foot and then quickly into the back of the net.

Puget Sound took an early 1-0 lead when
Kylee Roath scored her team-leading sixth goal of the season in the 10
th minute.

Chaylea Tome made three saves to record her 11
th shutout of the season. She has a 0.14 goals-against average through 14 games.

The Loggers return home to host George Fox Saturday, Oct. 23, at 12 p.m.
