TACOMA, Washington – Three different Loggers netted a goal to lead the Puget Sound men's soccer team to a 3-0 win over Pacific on East Field Sunday afternoon.

Liam Elliott gave the Loggers a 1-0 lead in the 24
th minute when he scored off a corner kick from
Cale Spence.
Â
Fifteen minutes, Pacific was whistled for a hand ball inside the box, and Spence capitalized on the penalty kick.

The Loggers carried that 2-0 into halftime, and the score remained unchanged for the majority of the second half.

With two minutes left in the second half, Spence found
Tyler Zamira streaking up the middle of the field. Zamira sprinted to the ball played down the middle, and his quick touch beat the goalkeeper and crossed the goal line for his first goal of the season.

The Loggers' Senior Day is Saturday, Nov. 6, when Pacific Lutheran comes to Tacoma for a 1:30 p.m. kickoff.
