TACOMA, Washington – Grace Pytynia-Hillier led the Loggers in scoring with 14 points as the Puget Sound women's basketball team cruised past Multnomah, 86-62, in Memorial Fieldhouse Friday night.

Pytynia-Hillier shot 4-for-6 from beyond the arc in just 16 on the floor. Freshman
Isabella Reed netted 12 points. Reed,
Sophie Nilsson, and
Rhae Schulz-O'Neil each came down with seven boards.

The Loggers (2-1) outrebounded Multnomah (0-3), 62-26. By halftime, Puget Sound had 14 offensive rebounds, and the Lions had 11 total boards.

Paige Gerhart scored nine points Friday, while Nilsson,
Sofia Lavinder, and
Katie Minnehan each scored eight.
