TACOMA, Washington – The Puget Sound women's soccer team and Whitworth went the distance Sunday afternoon as neither team could get on the scoring sheet in a scoreless tie on East Field.
Puget Sound (5-0-1, 1-0-1 NWC) recorded 14 shots to Whitworth's (3-2-1, 0-1-1 NWC) seven, but none found the back of the net for either team.
With this result,
Chaylea Tome and the Loggers have yet to concede a goal in the first 560 minutes of the season.
The Loggers will be on the road next Saturday, Sept. 25, when they take on George Fox at 12 p.m.
